Week 5 is the Reintroduction Phase of the Digestive Clearing Diet. This is where you begin to reintroduce foods that were avoided in the Clearing Phase or limited in the Introduction Phase. The Food and Exercise Tracker are very helpful during this phase to keep a record of any reactions, symptoms and moods.
